Hi Tasneem, just checking in. Our group would like to thank you profusely for an absolutely wonderful time spent in Kenya.

From hot air balloon rides to champagne brunch on the safari plains to animals galore on the game drives, to tent life with hippos at our doorsteps, to revolving restaurants and mid morning chats with the GM at Movenpick and all together as a family, Kenya and by extension African Quest safaris has certainly delivered.

Your staff Tom, Ivance, Albert and Julius (hope I got the names right)were amazingly hospitable and patient with our group and left nothing to be desired in their capable hands.

Everything and everyone operated as a well oiled machine. All information provided prior, translated into seamless arrangements and it felt as though we had planned this trip for a really long time, it was so expertly put together with the click of a thumb.

Your team of subcontractors such as the hotels and all those who played a part in hosting our group and delivering the services that you had packaged together for us, all went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of and that African Quest Safaris was well represented.

It was an excellent decision to have chosen Kenya as our pivot destinations, rather than to go home long faced and empty handed after Thailand didn’t work out. None of us could have asked for more.

We have all felt the Kenyan hospitality that has embraced us from the word go. From the young Kenyan intern at our hotel in Dubai to the Kenyan Front Desk Agent at the same hotel, to yourself who came in like a breath of fresh air by making the arrangements and the booking process so easy, to the very kind immigration officers upon arrival to everyone who we crossed paths with while in Kenya, we absolutely felt like we have all come back home to visit.

Au niveau du guide :
Notre guide David qui a fait avec nous les 8 jours de safaris était exceptionnel autant pour ses connaissances animalières que pour sa connaissance des routes/pistes des parcs.
Grace à son dévouement ( il n’a pas compté ses heures et a fait certains jours des journées de 12h00), nous sommes arrivés à voir le Big Five et même avons pu assister à la chasse de 4 guépards sur un zébron.

Au niveau des logements, rien à redire. Tout était parfait avec une étoile supplémentaire pour la nourriture à Entim camp .
Les paysages qui nous étaient donnés de voir des tentes étaient époustouflants. (The Cliff étant mon préféré à ce niveau).

Au niveau des parcs, l’ordre et le temps resté dans chacun d’eux étaient ce qui convenait. Le fait d’aller à Nakuru où ils ont « beaucoup » de rhinocéros permet d’avoir plus facilement le big five et de voir de nombreux animaux.

Pour la partie à Msambeni, le MBH était très bien, et les deux excursions (shimba hills & Kisite marine park) que nous avons organisées via l’hôtel se sont très bien passées.

2 mots pour vous dire que les images du Masai Mara restent très présentes en nous, surtout depuis que nous sommes confinés à la maison. Conscients également de notre chance d’avoir pu voyager sereinement, avant que l’épidémie de Coronavirus ne se répande en Europe, puis sur le continent Africain. Encore merci à James d’avoir contribué à la réussite de notre voyage ! Son niveau de Français (il maitrise bien mieux la langue Française que des natifs J) a permis à notre fils Antoine d’apprendre plein de choses sur le comportement des animaux.

Antoine espère que James et sa famille vont bien en ce moment particulier d’épidémie !

From 30/9 until 5/10 your Company was our host for a wonderful safari. This should have been a bucket list check and it all came true. For the first time in Africa was quite exciting, but the organisation helped us to feel at home from the airport until the transfer to Tanzania. And above all, our guide Mohammed was a perfect guide and friendly host. Always in time, very patient to look at the best spots and we had lot's of respect for the endurance along the terrible roads with the minivan.

Thank you very much Armin Kleiss. It was a joy to have you and organize this safari for you and with you. The whole AQS team wishes you well and hope to see you again soon.

Basically we were on a family trip to Kenya for 10 days and it was truly splendid.



Our guide Paul was extremely welcoming, pleasant and extremely hospitable. He gave us very good tips on tourists attractions and was very professional in the way he handled our stay. Whoever is going to Kenya please make it a point to meet Paul as he will guide you perfectly and shared with you a true Kenyan experience. All in all the places we were taken the food etc and last but not the least the game drives were truly breathtaking.



Looking forward to visiting Kenya once again to See the actual crossing which we missed during our stay.

This is to inform you that me along with my wife and daughter had the pleasure of doing the Safari with your company. We had booked through our local agent, Splendor Holidays, Goa for the safari starting on 23rd Dec from Kilimanjaro and ending at Arusha for onward to Zanzibar.

I must record my complete satisfaction with your personnel Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Karim. We were met at the Airport and picked up by them. After a warm welcome and brief introduction we were taken to our Hotel.

From the next day Karim was with us for the Safari to Lake Manyaara, Serengati and Ngorongoro. Throughout the tour he was very well mannered and kept us well informed about all the things concerning the tour and exhaustively answered all our queries. Upon our arrival at Arusha we were met again mr Mohammed and he too was very helpful and extremely eager to please. Our transfer to the airport at Arusha and the help he rendered at the airport was invaluable.

I cannot find words to express my gratitude to the two of them, without whose guidance our safari may not have been as pleasurable as it was. I will make sure to recommend your company to all my friends who may be making a journey that side.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time. Tanzania is absolutely beautiful. Our guide, Haji, was wonderful. Loved all the hotels and the food.

Ethiopian airlines was wonderful. On time, luggage delivered and nice plane. Would recommend them anytime.

Zanzibar and the Diving was amazing.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend you and Tanzania to anyone.
